Korg ER-1 MKII defective Board with missing Parts

Hello,

i´m looking for a servicemanual or datasheet for the korg er-1 mkii groovebox.
or maybe someone who has this box can help me otherwise...

following picture shows the issue:

somebody has messed up the pads, but i have the right tool, i only need to know the missing parts (IC5, F1, C39).
Please, who has the box and can take a look into it to find out what is IC5, i would be very grateful.
