ESX Smart Media Card Full but not really

When I load samples from my Mac to the Smart Media Card (128mb) I can fit about 10mb of samples on there before it tells me it's full. They are all wav files. I even bought another Smart Media card thinking this one was corrupted, but it also has the same issue. I've tried reformatting them from the ESX as well. I read a couple other threads about this, but it never came to a solution. Does anyone have the solution for this?
