Would anyone be of benefit of an article?

Postby StellarJay[aka Ruso] on Tue Jun 24, 2008 10:10 am

I've been thinking about writing a big article(as a series of small ones) that would go into detail of working with ableton in simmilar ways as a groove box. I would be going into concepts of creating things like step sequencers and groovebox like recording and erasing data without using the mouse keyboard or the screen.

One thing about them is that they are VERY advanced ableton techniques. Also they would cover a lot of advanced midi topics.

I'd love an article on how to capture loops live from the EMX1 to Live to build tracks on the fly, live

Sure man, I'd be willing to sticky it for you on the AbletonLiveDJ.com production forums too. If you wanted.

I'm not talking about that... Nothing to do with the electribes.

Allright, I'll call that enough wants for me to write it. SO I'll start working on it.

By the way I will only provide support for ableton live 7 because that's what I have... also a lot of the things I am going to cover will not be available in ableton live 6.
