My favorite Electribe Videos

Postby sauce on Tue Jan 25, 2011 4:02 pm

So, I am super stoked to be getting my ESX back after a year of using other gears. To celebrate, I have been watching a lot of YouTube videos, lol. Here are some of the sickest joints, in my opinion:

ESX:

EMX:

ESX/EMX combo, and other:

And of course one of myself playing an outdoor set in the high desert:

After posting this, I realized that there is a video section elsewhere and this is misplaced.. My apologies.

Anyone else know of any exceptional Electribe videos?

Awesome videos guys.

I've been keeping up with this very talented fellow called 'AllanSKN' who uses an EMX in his videos. He has a wonderful knack for churning out well crafted synth pop-oriented tunes with a really Kraftwerk-esque feel. His uploads hardly ever dissapoint. This one in particular is his latest:

I Love this video. He's using the esx as a midi controller for ableton live. This sort of music is right up my street!

This Sunamachi Sound System video is hands down the best ER-1 video, mkII or otherwise:

EM-1:
jochym80 has some great industrial/hardtek (I don't think he calls it that) with provocative titles like "my patterns" or "live techno" (at home):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kvIxGl75 ... re=related
he's got a couple of really good ones

I like this RvGuZ track:

This is a pretty good d&b track by Electromachines:

I'm sure many of you know this one, but those of you who don't, I'm telling you: You ain't seen nothing yet! Mistabishi is a dnb producer for Hospital records and he posted this 50 min. live set using only the EMX. Unfortunately the vid and audio is a bit out of sync most of the time, but to me this is still the most inspiring vid:

If you're interested in tutorials and live performances with the EMX, please check out my channel, too:

Danielle from "TheSynthFreq" has some amazing stuff on her channel. These two tracks were made by her with an EMX. If old school electro is up your alley, you'll love these:
