Sorry, kids - we don't get a lot of traffic here anymore. There is an EMX Pattern group on Facebook where a lot of us have re-grouped.

As far as your question, I'm afraid I myself cannot help. Best of luck and, should you have tips, it would be great if you posted them here for library purposes. Thanks!

ok thanks.

I worked out a way to program the emx fo goa using the following synth part programs:

part1: basic saw wave, short envelope some distortion to create the full on bassline. Triplets of the same note with some octave jumps.

part 2: basic diminished arpeggio or synth stabs to endorse te bassline. Pulse wave

part 3: high pitch arpeggio or fill up noises pulse ore sine wave

part 4: unison 6 parts vave with random cutoff lfo, I arpeggiate the whole 16 notes and then step edit to create a gater pattern style

Part 5: 303 style line. Basic saw wave some glie, eg int somewhere the right part of the dial. I arpeggiate the whole 16 notes and then step edit to create a gater pattern style using eg time and octave to recreate the classic slides and blips

sounds great but i still have to use a sampler and other units to add some flavour to the pattern. My aim is to play the emx only and have a full synth set in one pattern

cheers

Forgot to tell you: check out Kick.S.Live on You Tube. Here's a link to one of his videos; you'll find more by clicking on. Some of his stuff is much better than others, but I pretty much like everything he does. See what you think.
